How do I schedule my appointment ?

Given that we are an in home maternity wellness concierge , our request to book calander has been added for your convinience. Please fill out our booking form on booking page . We will notify you once we have received your request and try our best to accommodate your preference. If preference is not available we will coordinate with you on a better time. Due to high demand we book upon first come first serve basis. Thank you !

When can I get massages when pregnant?

Prenatal massages are available after the 12th week of pregnancy. We do accommodate energy work , hydration drips and other spa services during the first trimester for your relaxation and wellness needs. Please enquire for more information.

What is your refund & cancellation policy ?

We are a boutique service with a small team and amazing providers. We will always do our best to accommodate the transitionary journey into parenthood. Thus so, we are grateful to be in high demand and may have a wait list at times. All package clients will receive priority booking . We understand scheduling mishaps and physical limitations .Naturally, we are happy to accommodate with our refund and credit guidelines listed below.

Single service :

Cancellation must be made within 72 hours for full refund and or reschedule with no charge. Cancellations made within a 48 hour period can be rebooked with a $25.oo fee. Cancellations made on the day before or day of appointment will be avaialble for a rebook with a $50.00 fee. Same day cancellations are non refundable. We do so to protect both the client and the therapists time as we have a small team and great demand. Thank you for your understanding .

Induction service:

Same day cancellations due to labor onset result in non refundable but may be applied towards postpartum services without cancellation fee.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards must be used within 6 months for priority booking and are unusable after 12 months. Our rates are prorated and staffing is prepped for quarterly to meet demand.Thus so, all gift cards are non refundable once package has begun being rendered . Refunds may be given for used services only and only within 30 days of purchase. Packages are cross transferrable and may be gifted or used by others beside the recipient.
